Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Charlotte, NC (Day 1 onsite)

• 9 years of Exp in Scrum Master
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to adapt and respond to change quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Agile tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110.00 - $120.00 per year
