Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Laird Noller Ford in Topeka, KS. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of our dealership.
Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers, both written and verbally.
• Manage service appointments efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Represent the company professionally, providing excellent customer service.
• Utilize computer systems for accurate documentation and service tracking.
• Build rapport with customers and address their concerns or inquiries.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintaining a strong Customer Satisfaction Index.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective time management abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on representing the company well.
• Proficient with computer systems.
• Dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Sales experience is advantageous.
• Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and driving history check required.
