LaJewells Loving Touch LLC is a small business in Martinsville., VA. We are agile, professional and our goal is to Service our individual clients with care and Professionalism.
This case operates on a 3 day on 4 day off schedule and rotates every other week.
Hours for this case are as follows:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 7:00am-8:00pm
Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays: 7:00am-8:00pm
**Individual is a male in his late 50's. Male staff required.
Our work environment includes:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with autism.
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Create and maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals.
- Document and report any incidents or changes in behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
- Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of individuals.
Skills:
- First aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, is a plus.
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with medication administration systems.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
