The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading a team of dynamic marketing specialists. Responsibilities include overseeing schedule planning, implementation and monitoring social media accounts, email and SMS campaigns, business-to-customer events, recipe and content development, as well as influencer and affiliate relationship management. The goal in this role is to lead your team to increase brand awareness and engagement, improve marketing efforts and increase pull-through in our sales funnels, all while creating a positive work environment by living our company values. You will be successful if:

• You're a seasoned marketing leader. While we love a fresh spirit and unbridled approach, with many marketing communication channels to manage, we need a certain level of experience and expertise to take our start-up steam and power a high-speed locomotive. It’s a really exciting opportunity for someone with at least 5 years of progressive and hands-on marketing team leadership experience.
• You have a creative eye. You know what represents the brand on social and you can either ask your fellow creatives for it (all the specs laid out for them) or you can wield some stellar on-brand assets in Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator yourself.
• You’re a campaign leader. You should know what a specific brand campaign can do on social, print and digital and you can lead the efforts on making these happen, plus, provide the data that proves ROI on paid marketing investment.

Major responsibilities include:

• Lead a team to develop, implement and manage our marketing communication strategy for the Lakanto, Arau baby and Happy Elephant brands.
• Define and monitor the most important marketing KPIs.
• Manage and oversee social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Support your team in managing the day-to-day efforts for a responsive social reputation, SMS and Email Channels.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Ensure content is appealing, on-brand, informative, compliant and focused on the goal/metric.
• Support Cross Functional Collaboration with Creative, Ecommerce, Sales, Strategy & Regulatory Teams
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network.
• Participation in business to customer and business to business events which may require occasional travel

Salary:

$70,000- $75,000
