Lake Agassiz Education Cooperative is advertising for a Special Education Coordinator to start during the 24-25 school year. Responsibilities for this position will include: ensuring the appropriate delivery of special education services across member districts, ensuring compliance with federal/state rules that relate to special education, providing/supporting professional development opportunities, staying current on effective instructional strategies, facilitating communication between the school and home setting, and gathering/reporting applicable data to the Minnesota Department of Education. An existing PELSB license is required.

Lake Agassiz Education Cooperative is located just outside of Fargo-Moorhead. Its six growing districts will include Barnesville, DGF, Hawley, Lake Park Audubon, Norman County East, and Ulen-Hitterdal. The cooperative provides special education support and services to all six districts from Pre-K through 12th grade. Its staff members include dedicated educators who focus on helping students grow and prosper.
