Lake Management Services, LP is Hiring a Field Technician I (For Outdoor Water Management Company) Near South Houston, TX

Company Overview:

Lake Management Services, LP is the oldest and largest urban water management services company in Texas. Since 1978, LMSLP has been consulting and managing lakes and ponds for a variety of satisfied clients. We offer a complete selection of aerating fountains, aeration systems, aquatic chemical sales and applications, fish surveying & stocking, as well as lake & pond design and consulting services.

Job Summary:

The Field Technician I will work outdoors in a team setting providing maintenance services to clients. Advancement opportunities are available for motivated employees.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Load/Clean/Prepare the truck for each day
  • Clean and maintain fountains
  • Aquatic vegetation control
  • Perform water analysis
  • Trash removal from client locations
  • Help maintain a clean shop facility
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience:

  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • Aquatic field, mechanical, and electrical maintenance

License/Certification(s):

  • Driver License w/ a minimum of 6 years driving experience (Required)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work in and around water, including working in a boat
  • Lift/Carry 50 lbs or more multiple times throughout the day
  • Physically able to perform all aspects of cleaning, checking, and monitoring lakes and ponds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
