About this position :

LMCU is looking for a Head Teller, who is responsible for receiving and processing member transactions including, but not limited to, cash and check processes, deposits, transfers, and loan payments.

The Head Teller also mentors Teller team members, assists members with account maintenance and changes, and works with the Branch Manager on vault responsibilities.

What you’ll do :

Providing the LMCU's 5 star customer service promise to all members

Performing financial transactions

Deposits and withdrawals

Loan payments

Money orders

Transferring funds per member requests

Branch vault management

Ensuring teller cash drawers are kept within authorized limits as requested by Branch Manager

Cash Handling

Actively cross sell or suggestive sell

Make qualified referrals

Train on the new account process

What You’ll Bring :

Three to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.

A high school degree or equivalent
