Description

To perform duties involved in the maintenance of equipment, machinery and physical structure of the facility. To complete carpentry/construction projects. To perform housekeeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Education/Special Skills: Must have two years experience doing carpentry/construction (experience with interpreting blue prints, constructing/remodeling walls/door frames, sheet rocking, ceiling installation, tiling, etc.) and experience with various building repairs. Knowledge of building codes and Interim Life Safety Measures.
2. Required to possess an active, valid and unrestricted driver’s license. 
3. Successful completion of the pre-employment health screening process required.
4. Must be able to attend the work site per scheduled, work overtime as needed or directed.
5. Adequate computer/keyboarding skills.
