No experience required but a desire to help others and an outgoing personality is a must. Position is part-time with opportunity to cross train for full-time.

A typical Lifeguard shift in Social Services and/or Activities will include helping our residents to maintain a high quality of life by meeting their social, mental and emotional needs to the extent possible in addition to having fun with them. All Lake Stockton Lifeguards are expected to help maintain a safe, clean and attractive environment; actively and consistently contribute to the facility operations and communications; and behave in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of Lake Stockton and CMH.

Job Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or higher (preferred)

Experience: None needed… as we provide on the job training!

Skills: Good communication, positivity, patience, attention to detail, flexibility, ability to get along with others and compassion. Being outgoing and willing to have fun is a must.
