POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager is responsible for overseeing the effective execution of projects and other business critical deliverables across the organization. The PMO will collaborate with cross-function leaders and stakeholders to drive projects and other initiatives, working closely with Construction Management and overseeing LKWP project managers to plan and execute projects which meet company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines. Projects will range in size, scope, and complexity, ranging from multi-million dollar ground up development projects to smaller, strategic initiatives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop an overall vision, strategy, and structure for the PMO that aligns with the company’s goals and strategic objectives.

· Support, lead and execute full life-cycle of the PMO, from project initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to best practices and project management methodologies.

· Create and identify opportunities to enhance existing PMO policies and processes, creating a more streamlined and efficient project delivery framework.

· Oversee all PMO projects, ensuring deadlines are met, responsibilities are assigned, and progress is monitored against milestones.

· Work closely with Directors and Managers to lead and develop a PMO environment that fosters a culture of accountability and high-quality project delivery.

· Build strong cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders across the organization, driving alignment and effective collaboration.

· Provide an exceptional level of customer service.

· Report on and communicate project milestones, outcomes, and performance metrics to both internal and external stakeholders.

· Conduct lessons learned reviews for completed projects, identifying and documenting opportunities to improve future project outcomes.

· Develop presentations and facilitate meetings related to projects and deliverables.

· Provide financial reports and budget outlines to Executives, ensuring transparency and accountability in project finances.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Effective planning, prioritization, and organizational skills to meet project schedules and timelines.

· Advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in using Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint

EDUCATION &/OR EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional large-scale projects, including full-cycle intake, charter development, scope, time, cost, risk, human resources, and communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

· At least 5 years of experience leading a PMO or project management team.

· Certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred.
