Lake Worth Rehabilitation Center, our exciting new acquisition located at 1201 12th Ave, is seeking a skilled and passionate RN MDS Lead to join our team. As an RN MDS Lead, you'll play a vital role in establishing and leading our Minimum Data Set (MDS) program, ensuring accurate and timely completion of resident assessments.

• A valid RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in MDS assessments and data collection.
