LakePoint El Dorado is seeking a dayshift (6a-6p) Registered Nurse to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their care plan
Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Act as resident advocate in medical/social situations
Complete shift reports
Communicate resident needs and condition changes
Complete required documentation accurately and thoroughly
Supervise direct care staff and monitor the effective delivery of services to residents
Complete continuing education courses and competencies as assigned
Adhere to all care standards and state and local regulations
