We are currently seeking a full-time Dental Triage Assistant in our Manitowoc clinic. The triage assistant is responsible for triaging dental patient concerns and working with our team to provide appropriate treatment plans.

Who is LCHC?

LCHC was founded in 2012 and is an independent non-profit organization that maintains 3 clinics located in Sheboygan, Manitowoc, and West Bend. We are a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) that provides preventive medical, behavioral (mental) health care, and dental care. We believe everyone has a right to quality healthcare, regardless of insurance status or income level. No patient will be turned away do to their inability to pay for care.

Other services provided by LCHC include School-Based Dental and Mental Health care, Chiropractic Services, and an on-site pharmacy in our Sheboygan & Manitowoc locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.27 - $21.83 per hour
