Position: Racquet Sports Assistant Director, Tennis Admin
Location: Lakeshore Sport and Fitness, Lincoln Park, Illinois
Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility to accommodate program schedules and member needs

Preferred Qualifications
Tennis Expertise : Extensive knowledge and experience in tennis instruction, program development, and tennis facility management, preferably with a USPTA or PTR certification.
Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and management abilities, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Administrative Proficiency : Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer service, membership services, and programming functions.
Customer Focus : A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.
