Location: Englewood, CO (onsite)

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm, or 7:30am - 4pm

Pay Rate: $23 - $26 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism
• Handle and manage emails using Microsoft Outlook
• Set up and organize new job files and documentation
• Obtain quotes for job materials and communicate with suppliers
• Generate and process purchase orders
• Submit material documentation and manage material submittals
• Manage and maintain inventory systems, particularly in Excel
• Prepare and process monthly bills for the accounting department
• Perform invoicing to different contractors through various payment systems
• Input certified payroll information into multiple systems
• Notarize documents as required

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with inventory management is a plus
• Notary Public certification is a plus
