About the Role:

  • Reach out to 100-120 apartment communities weekly through cold calls and in-person visits.
  • Prospect and onboard new customers, ensuring a steady flow of revenue.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
  • Provide exceptional ongoing support to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Exceed ambitious sales targets and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Represent our brand as an enthusiastic ambassador at apartment industry events and trade shows.
  • Engage creatively with prospects and customers through strategic marketing initiatives and sponsorships.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of proven success in outside sales.
  • Experience working within the multifamily supplier industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in navigating your sales territory with confidence.
  • Comfortable with in-person cold calling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with technical sales, account management, or related fields.
  • Strong business development prowess, adept at driving revenue growth through the entire sales cycle.
