About the Role:
- Reach out to 100-120 apartment communities weekly through cold calls and in-person visits.
- Prospect and onboard new customers, ensuring a steady flow of revenue.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to prospective clients.
- Provide exceptional ongoing support to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Exceed ambitious sales targets and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Represent our brand as an enthusiastic ambassador at apartment industry events and trade shows.
- Engage creatively with prospects and customers through strategic marketing initiatives and sponsorships.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of proven success in outside sales.
- Experience working within the multifamily supplier industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in navigating your sales territory with confidence.
- Comfortable with in-person cold calling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with technical sales, account management, or related fields.
