Richardt Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46219 As Case Pick Coordinator you will be responsible for:Communicating goals and deadlines to team members.Planning workloads and delegating tasks.Ensuring daily pick workload tasks are completed.Organizing work for smooth operations.Assuring that established policies, rules, and procedures are followed.Train and integrate new workers.Maintain pick accuracy and pallet safety.What you bring to this position:Personally responsible for accurately completing work in a timely manner.Positive attitude and strong work energy.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Leadership and conflict management skills.Knowledge of safety and security protocols.Acting proactively to prepare for potential problems and opportunities.Ability to lift 50lbs throughout shift. Flexibility to work overtime as business needs require.Strong Microsoft Office skills.Knowledge of Log Pro, preferred.Experience:Associates degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school ORHigh School diploma and 4 years of related experience and/or training.Equivalent combination of education and experience will also we considered.Previous case pick experience.Previous leadership experience.Previous warehouse equipment experience.
