This position will work at either location. As a Building Maintenance and Grounds employee, you will:Maintain and repair buildings, plumbing, HVAC, Air Compressors, Boilers, Fire Systems and Electrical Systems.Test and treat boilers, wells, chillers and hot water systems.Perform inspections of fire and safety controls and systems.Outdoor repairs as needed.Work in a team environment.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently Qualifications:2 years of building maintenance experience preferredExperience in reading and interpret blueprints, schematics and diagramsExperience with boilers and refrigeration units
