The Production Supervisor is a member of the Packaging Center Leadership Team and plays a key role in providing management and leadership on second shift to ensure safety, efficiencies, and production expectations are achieved. This position is located at Lakeside Foods Packaging Center.

What You'll Do:
- Maintain and utilize safety practices by correcting unsafe acts and enforcing plant safety programs.
- Assure compliance with all customer specifications.
- Ensure that daily productivity goals are being met.
- Ensure housekeeping procedures are being followed.
- Oversee employees to ensure correct packaging and shipping of orders.
- Recommend to Management ways to minimize costs and maximize production.
- Supervise the proper handling of products and supplies in the warehouse with respect to packaging of products.
What You'll Bring:
- Two-year Associate Degree preferred or equivalent related experience.
- One to three years' training and/or related experience.
- General knowledge of packaging operations and equipment.
- Must have understanding of customer specifications.
- Previous experience in a supervisory capacity would be beneficial.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
