- Take charge of effective administration during your assigned shift.

- Ensure safety measures and disaster protocols are known and practiced.
- Manage supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and care plan initiation.
- Reassess patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
