Lakeside HR Group has been engaged by our financial client to recruit for a FP&A Associate who will play an integral role in the firm's financial planning and analysis efforts, providing critical insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making and strategic initiatives. Position Responsibilities- Specific job responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets. Prepare financial models and analyses for the firm's investment team, to monitor performance of portfolio companies and other investments. Develop KPIs to monitor and assess the performance of the firm's investments. Maintain internal cash flow analyses and projections. Manage Addepar reporting and collaborate with the firm's accounting and operations teams to maintain all internal and external reporting requirements. Aggregate realized investment returns and maintain investment track record. Assist in risk management initiatives, including monitoring contingent liabilities. Prepare detailed reports and presentations, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and strategies to optimize financial performance. Lead ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges. Desired Experience- Bachelor's Degree required, with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus. Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant full-time experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a similar financial role. Proven track record of developing and maintaining complex financial models.
