What You’ll Do
- Product Expertise: Represent leading brands in:
- Motion Control and Power Transmission
- Mechanical Systems
- Robotics and Cobots
- Support Products
- Customer-Centric Approach: Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions for automation, robotics, and motion control challenges.
- Sales Strategy: Execute effective strategies to grow new and existing business by visiting customer sites, providing system design assistance, and demonstrating products.
- Territory Management: Manage and grow your territory, including Central Pennsylvania, North New Jersey, and Metro New York, from your home office within the region.
- Sales Accountability: Maintain CRM data, track opportunities, follow up on leads, and report to the Sales Manager on activities and progress.
- Collaborative Selling: Work closely with vendors and management to ensure customers receive the best solutions and support available.
- Experience: 5 years in selling electro-mechanical solutions, including motion control, robotics, servo motors, drives, and related technologies.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in automation systems such as actuators, variable frequency drives, HMIs, and gearboxes.
- Territory Knowledge: Familiarity with customers and business practices in Central PA, North NJ, or Metro NY.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to manage your schedule, travel within the region, and drive sales independently while collaborating with a larger team.
- Innovative Products: Be at the forefront of electro-mechanical and robotic technology, working with industry leaders to solve real-world challenges.
- Autonomy: Enjoy the flexibility of managing your own territory and working from a home office.
