State Reporting Specialist at the District Office
Position SummaryThis position enrolls new students, verifies current enrollment information, corrects errors, and reports student information to federal and state agencies. It is the point of contact for the Minnesota Department of Education in the reporting of student information for state funding and other purposes.

Lakeville Area Schools (Independent School District No. 194) is a growing and award-winning school district located in the south metropolitan area of Minneapolis/St. Paul Minnesota. The district serves nearly 12,000 students in Lakeville, parts of Burnsville and Elko New Market, and portions of Eureka, Credit River and New Market Township. There are eight elementary schools, three middle schools and two high schools, an Area Learning Center, an online K-12 school, early childhood programming, and lifelong learning opportunities through Lakeville Area Community Education. Position Descriptions/Qualifications
- High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Experience with computer productivity applications (MS Word, Excel, E-mail)
- Experience with Infinite Campus or other student information system(s) or databases (such as MS
- SQL or Access) preferred
- Experience with and understanding of state MARSS procedures preferred
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with general office procedures
- Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with people in a congenial and effective manner.
- Monday - Friday / 8 hours per day / Hours TBD
- 12 months per year
- $21.88 -$25.99 per hour depending on experience
- Position classified B-2-3
- LEAF Contract
