State Reporting Specialist at the District Office Position SummaryThis position enrolls new students, verifies current enrollment information, corrects errors, and reports student information to federal and state agencies. It is the point of contact for the Minnesota Department of Education in the reporting of student information for state funding and other purposes. Position Descriptions/Qualifications
High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
Experience with computer productivity applications (MS Word, Excel, E-mail)
Experience with Infinite Campus or other student information system(s) or databases (such as MS
SQL or Access) preferred
Experience with and understanding of state MARSS procedures preferred
Detail oriented
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience with general office procedures
Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with people in a congenial and effective manner.
Schedule
Monday - Friday / 8 hours per day / Hours TBD
12 months per year
Pay Range/Classification
$21.88 -$25.99 per hour depending on experience
Position classified B-2-3
