Position Description/Qualifications:
The purpose of the position is to provide support to the program Administrator in all aspects of operating the Area Learning Center/LinK12 office. Position holder ensures that the office runs smoothly by establishing a flow of accurate and timely information/materials to all stakeholders. Furthermore, the position holder is responsible to make certain that all staff and students have timely access to quality supplies and materials through the established purchasing system. Finally, this person serves as a communication link (both verbal and written) for all groups in the program, parents and community members.
2 year degree preferred as well as 2 years office management experience or equivalant
Experience with Gmail, Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment

Schedule/Hours:
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 12 months per year

Classification/Pay Rate:
LEAF B-2-3
$21.88 - $25.99 per hour depending on experience (rates subject to change with 2023-2025 LEAF contract)
