Mission for NOC Shift Charge NurseThe NOC Shift Charge Nurse will provide quality, personalized care for residents through implementing their plan of care with compassion, quality and integrity. Duties & Responsibilities OR Position Summary
Supervising and providing leadership to frontline staff
Manage day-to-day operations of the unit
Dispense medication
Complete treatments
Communicate information regarding resident needs through written and verbal communication to appropriate staff members
Observe proper infection control and safety procedures
Respond positively to feedback (questions, suggestions, problems) from residents, guests, family members and fellow staff
Position Type This is a full-time position working three 12-hour shifts each week and getting paid for 40. Shifts are weekdays, 5:45pm-6:15am with every 3rd weekend and some holidays. Shift differential and additional pay is available for Charge Nurse responsibilities. Qualifications
Current MN RN or LPN licensure
Ideal Candidate

Prioritizes patient safety by paying close attention to detail when dispensing medications and completing treatments
