SCOPE: We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with NYC buildings experience for 2 high profile projects: one in Queens, NY and the other in Manhattan (NYC).
REQUIREMENTS:
Library experience
ADA experience
Hospital/Medical/Healthcare facility experience
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture

- Must have NYC buildings experience specifically interior renovations experience.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Full knowledge of computer programs.
- Must have experience running large scale interior renovations jobs.
- Must have the ability to work in NYC (10016) and Queens (11109).
- OSHA 30.
