This is a leadership role within the Program Management Office at a critical juncture of DT, as we transition from BPR to the large-scale, complex, solution confirmation / deployment phases. This role will closely collaborate with functional program managers, functional workstreams / towers, technical and enabling teams, business unit stakeholders, and executives, and will drive activities associated with overall program management, the program budget, as well as consulting / outside service partner management.
While program management is the core responsibility, the role will require significant involvement, knowledge, and experience across key functional and technical areas (e.g., operations, service, product development, systems and tools) to effectively lead the program and resolve program-level issues.
While the position can be remote, there is a preference for candidate based in the Bay Area.
