The Program Enrollment Specialist will be a part of the Department of Technology team and will report to the Chair of Technology. The Program Enrollment Specialist I is responsible for current/new program enrollment, retention, updating website content and coordinating with the marketing department. This is a non-exempt position.

WORKENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of the essential functions of this job, work is normally performed in a typical interior/office/classroom work environment with moderate noise. Some evening and weekends may be required. Some local travel will be required during the work day. Extended working hours will be required during registration periods.
Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS:
- Two (2) years of related experience.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of English, grammar, spelling, punctuation and business correspondence
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
PREFERREDREQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree in Office Technology or related field with two (2) years of related experience.
- Experience with Banner Student Software.
- Supervisory experience.
