Description of the role:

The Experienced Service Advisor at Lamoille Valley Chevrolet is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients who bring in their vehicles for servicing. We offer a four day work week. This role requires a knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to understand their service needs
• Provide accurate and detailed quotes for service costs
• Schedule appointments and prioritize work based on availability and urgency
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
• Update customers on the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs required
• Handle customer complaints and conflicts in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain accurate records of service history and transactions

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for service scheduling and documentation
