Role OverviewThe Patient Account Rep is a vital member of our team. The individual in this role will engage with patients and staff both over the phone and in person. The primary responsibilities revolve around delivering financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure the prompt, accurate, and efficient handling of accounts. Adherence to LCHC policies and procedures is paramount, with a focus on continuous improvement. The role aligns with the LCHC patient care philosophy, emphasizing culturally sensitive Patient Centered Medical Home care integrated with behavioral health, outreach, and case management. Maintaining strict confidentiality, compliance with HIPAA laws, and embodying the organization's commitment to patient care, teaching, research, workshops, education sessions, and outreach are integral components of this position.
