```Duties```
- Welcome and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Handle guest check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy of charges and payments
- Perform night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed
- Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following hotel policies and procedures
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in front desk or guest relations role preferred
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
