Job Summary:
Lancaster Bible College and Capital Seminary & Graduate School is expanding its math adjunct instructor pool for the 2024-2025 academic year. Adjunct faculty exist to teach and mentor students in academic disciplines. Adjunct faculty are expected to excel in classroom instruction and to fulfill various responsibilities related to their assigned teaching duties. Preference is given to applicants who have classroom experience, especially at the college level, and who can teach onsite day courses.
Status: Part time/Exempt
Reports to: Arts and Sciences Department Chair

Role and Responsibilities:

Establish and promote an effective learning environment that maximizes student learning

Utilize a course syllabus for each course, following established institutional guidelines

Meet with and support students either before or after class or by appointment, electronic communication, or other appropriate methods

Provide regular and timely feedback to students

Submit required college reports and forms in a timely manner
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of a Master's degree in/related to the discipline from an accredited institution
- Higher-education teaching experience preferred
