Job Summary
Client is looking to hire an experienced Accounts Payable Associate who will be responsible for invoice processing in accordance with the company policies.
Essential Functions and Duties
Enter invoices into our ERP system (Oracle), matching to related purchase orders
promptly and accurately
Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoices
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Audit invoices to ensure appropriate backup documentation and/or receipts
Respond to vendor inquiries and review vendor statements
Scan mail and mail vendor checks
Special ad hoc projects such as gathering audit support and scanning invoices, as
needed
Basic Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's degree with 1 years of A/P related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Prioritizes tasks and meets deadlines
Problem solving and analytic skills
Strong written and oral communication
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Works well in a team environment and independently.
Knowledge in MS Office (Word and Excel) and comfort learning and working with other
software application.
Experience with Oracle and Concur a plus
