Job Title: Campaign Asset Coordinator

Contract: 24 Months with a high possibility of full-time extensiony

Pay Rate: 30$ to 40$ HR on w2

Location: Culver City, CA

The Daily

• Assist in the management of creative assets delivery, acting as the gatekeeper of high-quality creative.
• Work closely with campaign strategists, PMs, and media ops to help ensure asset specifications, messaging, Intellectual Property (IP) details and other creative/legal requirements are met.
• Communicate and assist when updates or pivots happen to our creatives, strategy, metadata, and other realignments.
• Collaborate and manage creative decks and other presentations as well as updating our internal team's central website full of resources for assets, specifications, and collaboration.

The Essentials:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• 1-2 years of experience
