Job Description
- Construction Project Lead directly oversees miscellaneous construction and signage projects within the different chains.
- Aids in project schedules and assigning General Contractors and/or Sign Vendors.
- Distributes all required project documents to external and internal contacts.
- Negotiates pricing, reviews and approves proposals and invoices, tracks progress and ensures close-outs for all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives assigned.
- Supplies Field Organization and Management updates detailing the status of all miscellaneous construction and signage initiatives on a regular basis.
- Strong organization and project planning skills are necessary.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.
- Adept in Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects at any one time.
- Highly self-motivated, works well in a team environment.
