Job Title: Customer Support Representative (13259134)Location: Richmond VA 23224Duration: 0 - 12 Month(s) Contract
Hours: Shift between the hours of 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Mon - Fri)Description:
- Duties include analyzing and responding to messages by customers.
- Resolving problems and maintain an ongoing relationship with customer.
- Following up on customer requests, reviewing rates as needed, tracking shipments and orders, preparing reports, customer set ups, updating customer files and profiles.
- Develop and prepare proposals and presentations.
- Prepares complex reports and performs audits.
- Call Center environment plus email work. Will be trained on the phone and will then move to customer relations via email.
- Must be able to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
- Will train IN THE OFFICE.
