Job Title: Customer Service Representative, Sr.
Location: Vandalia OH 45377Duration: 0 - 6 Month Contract
Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Mon to Fri)

Description/Comment:
  • Duties include analyzing and responding to messages by customers.
  • Resolving problems and maintain an ongoing relationship with customer.
  • Following up on customer requests, reviewing rates as needed, tracking shipments and orders, preparing reports, customer set, updating customer files and profiles.
  • Develop and prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Prepares complex reports and performs audits.

  • Support Customer escalations; leverage customer service skills and transportation / shipping background
