• Top 3 skills: Previous data center experience, familiarity with hardware and working on servers, Linux experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide engineering expertise to technical teams spanning multiple disciplines and geographies
• Engage with internal stakeholders in product planning, development, and validation activities
• Deploy and maintain NPI server products while partnering with other engineers and contractors
• Track and report status vs. objectives throughout the lifecycle of the program
REQUIREMENTS:
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• High attention to detail and good follow through in a fast pace environment
• Experience in areas of data center system deployment, software deployment, and validation
• Familiarity with testing tools, methodologies, and defect tracking
• Ability to function independently with little direct supervision
• Physical Requirements – Candidate needs to be able to lift 50lbs and be flexible enough to get under a raised floor as needed
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
• 2 - 5 years experience in high tech industry
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Skilled in MS Office tool suites, Confluence, MS Sharepoint
