Total Weekly Gross Pay Package - $3,430.00/week

Hourly Pay Rate:

W2 Pay Rate RT (Regular Time) - $63.00/hr

Weekly Pay Package (Taxable Nontaxable):

W2 Wage (RT OT based on expected hrs) - $2,268.00/week

Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem - $1,162.00/week

Client Contract Details:

Contract duration in weeks - 13 weeks

Expected hours per week - 36 hours/week

Expected hours per shift - 12 hour Days and Evenings

Requirement:

Decentralized pharmacy.

Must have 2 years of true hospital pharmacy experience of like size (250 census). Must have experience with Vanco AUC dosing.

AZ license - decentralized role required.

BLS required.

Covid Booster required.
