Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon - Fri)
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour on W2
Job Description:Looking for Someone who has great Administrative Background, quick learner, reliable, great multitasking skills, experience in orderings supplies, creating PO’s, check requests, some event planning experience would be great.
CW will be Supporting the EHS & Planning Teams with supply orders, check requests, event planning, meeting room booking, must be great with PO systems, reconciling p-cards, general admin support for the department.
Extensive walking, some lifting and minimal standing is involved.
No driving is required.
Dress code is business casual.
Worksite is Boston Scientific Maple Grove One Scimed Place, Maple Grove, MN 55311n and parking is available or reimbursed.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Valid Drivers' License is required. Minimum 2-3 years building services related experience.
Technical Understanding of Mechanical Systems.
Trade School desirable.
Excellent Organizational and communication
Skills: Ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external groups.
PC Literate: Basic office skills, creating reports, filling out forms, tracking invoices/work orders etc.
