Title: Financial Analyst/ Account Receivable
Location: Nashville, TN 37214
Duration: 12 Months Contract with possibility for extension for long period
Hybrid Role (3 days per week at home; 2 days per week in office)
Job Description:
AR Analyst Responsibilities:
- Conducts unapplied cash research by validating customer payment history
- Communicates effectively with customers (via email and phone) to achieve resolution of unapplied cash within service level agreement (SLA)
- Participation in discovery; and drive of the implementation, of solutions to limit or prevent future creation of unapplied cash memos
- Build and maintain relationships with both external customers and internal teams
- Execute special projects as assigned by leadership
Required Competencies:

- Collaborative- Build effective and sustainable partnerships with others to meet shared objectives
