LanceSoft Inc is Hiring a Help Desk Analyst I Near Grand Prairie, TX

Title: Help Desk Analyst ILocation: Grand Prairie TX 75052Contract: 3 monthsShift: M-F DescriptionSeeking a qualified temporary employee to work onsite in the deployment and installation of approximately 200 Microsoft Windows workstations throughout the site.
Responsibilities
  • Inventory and plan physical installation of workstations to be deployed/replaced throughout the site
  • Installation, configuration, and testing of Windows operating systems and related applications Migration of software and data from legacy systems
  • Physical installation of workstations at locations throughout the site
  • Ensure the operating system is running to specifications on all workstations, and any other attached hardware or devices
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Information Technology, Computer Information Systems or related concentration
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows & other common software issues
  • Experience providing excellent customer service and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams
  • Enthusiasm for technology, learning & teaching
  • Working knowledge with Microsoft SCCM a plus, but not required
  • Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
