PAY PACKAGE (AS PER 40 HOURS):

• W2 Wage: $46.40/hr
• OT Payrate: $69.60/hr
• Per Diem: $1162 (Weekly Stipend) Non-Taxable
• Holiday Payrate: $50/hr
• Weekly Gross: $3018/40hrs

PAY PACKAGE (AS PER 30 HOURS):

• W2 Wage: $46.40/hr
• OT Payrate: $69.60/hr
• Per Diem: $1162 (Weekly Stipend) Non-Taxable
• Holiday Payrate: $50/hr
• Weekly Gross: $2554/30hrs

Total Weekly Gross: $5572 for 70hrs

JOB DETAILS:

• Job Title: Pharmacist
• Facility Name: Yuma Regional Medical Center
• Location: 2400 S Avenue A, Yuma, AZ 85364
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 7 on 7 off, 10-hour Days/Evenings, Thursday through Wednesday
• Scheduled Hours: 40hr/week, 30hr/week
• Start Date: 07/08 or can be discussed during an interview call

Job Description and Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of hospital experience in the specialty
• Must have active AZ state license
• EMR: EPIC, Lexicomp, Baxter IQ
• IV pharmacist or compounding pharmacist - Preferred
• Must have experience with Vanco AUC dosing
• Unit will have one clinical manager
• Every other or one weekend/month preferred
• Medication Dispensing System: Omnicell, Central pharm robot, and carousel, Omnicell XT cabinets, Omnicell Controlled Substance cabinet

Certifications:

• BLS (Preferred)
• COVID Card
