Duration: 12 MonthsOverviewThe Label Specialist will be responsible for designing product labels for Clients Agricultural Solutions, ensuring strict adherence to all applicable safety, legal, and regulatory requirements. This role is essential in ensuring that proper labeling is available to meet regulatory submissions or production schedules and that labeling artworks are created to meet packaging specifications, print vendor requirements, and are cost-efficient.
Key ResponsibilitiesArtwork Coordination:
- Coordinate artwork layout, review, and approvals for both business-to-customer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) labels.
- Ensure timely and accurate label artwork creation in alignment with regulatory and production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and database entries for artwork versions and changes.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a flexible, supportive approach towards addressing the prioritization of label workload schedules.
- Adjust schedules in response to production or regulatory changes as necessary.
- Communicate the status of artwork updates to stakeholders, effectively identifying and implementing solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the Regulatory team on market-driven and EPA regulatory-driven label changes occurring outside predefined change schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in label design and coordination.
- Strong background in working with regulatory requirements and understanding of compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong experience in related software applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat Professional, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- High level of accountability and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
