Our company in San Diego is looking for a Maintenance Technician II with 2 to 3 years general maintenance experience in commercial building maintenance and repair. Candidate will be required to drive a company vehicle or personal from building to building to preform daily tasks.
Candidate should have experience with, but not limited to:
Drywall repair
Painting
Repair to commercial style plumbing fixtures
Drain clearing
Suspended ceiling systems
Carpet and hard system flooring
Door closing mechanism
Hanging picture frames, plaques, signs, cork boards first aid cabinets ect.
Proper application and use of fasteners.
Kitchen cabinets and counter tops
