LanceSoft Inc is Hiring a Registered Nurse/Acute Care Float Near Potsdam, NY
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Description:
50 miles radius rule.
Specialty: Acute Care Float RN
Shift(s): 3x12
On Call: No
Weekend: Every Other
Floating: Yes, mostly between MS/Tele units with the option to float to ICU, if qualified.
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Required Certifications: -ACLS & BCLS
-PALS and TNCC are preferred
Required Experience: -2 years
-Charting (Epic)
Preferred Experience: -Tele, vents
Additional info about the unit: -Unit accepts 1st time travelers
-Congestive Heart Failure,Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Kidney Failure, Acute Kidney Injury, Urinary Tract Infection, Pneumonia, Viral respiratory infections, Cellulitis, Surgical patients (ex. cholecystitis, appendicitis, small bowel obstruction, bone fractures)
-SBAR and Pyxis
-Other medical conditions typically treated on medical-surgical unit and non-tertiary critical care unit with telemetry capability.
