Responsibilities include:

Must be experienced working with business owners and development teams to lead technical, clinical and business projects from inception through implementation.

Will be responsible for documenting scope, creating, revising and managing the project plan, including development and maintenance of project artifacts, such as project timelines, work breakdown structures, budget and resource requirements.

Will prepare status reports, including identifying issues, conflicts or critical operating barriers with recommendations.

Must adhere to client's project management processes and procedures.

Detailed planning for test sessions, go-live, and validation and reconciliation tasks.

Will manage Project Issues, Action Items, Risks, and Budget

Responsible for managing day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope including working closely with technical architects, business and clinical analysts, developers, and test analysts.

Facilitate team status meetings.

Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

Will assist with project closure and conduct post-implementation evaluation

Exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills is mandatory.

Required Experience:

Seasoned Epic PM with 5 plus years' experience with similar projects and role.

Demonstrated experience leading large successful Epic full cycle deployments.

Prior build experience is a major plus.

Excellent communication skills is required.

Strong consulting skills are a must.

Preferred Epic certification.

Preferred experience in rolling out Epic instance to a new hospital
