We are seeking a qualified Clinical Research Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research to join our dedicated team. The role requires a college degree in Life Sciences or a related field and proficiency in coordinating research activities in compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in managing IRB procedures, patient recruitment, enrollment processes, and completing Case Report Forms (CRFs).
ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing clinical trials from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating participant recruitment efforts, screening potential candidates according to study protocols, and ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements. You will oversee the timely completion of CRFs, ensuring accuracy and completeness in data collection.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with principal investigators and research teams to facilitate smooth study operations. This includes scheduling participant visits, conducting assessments, and maintaining comprehensive study documentation. You will be responsible for maintaining communication with study participants, providing support, and addressing any concerns to enhance participant retention and compliance throughout the study duration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
- In-depth knowledge of IRB procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to effectively recruit and enroll study participants.
- Experience in completing Case Report Forms (CRFs) accurately and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
