- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visio.)
- Professional experience with accessibility and accessibility compliance for Electronic Information Resources (EIR).
- Knowledge and experience working with local, state, and federal laws relating to accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508.
- Ability to use various assistive technology various accessibility applications (e.g., Sort Site®, Adobe® Suite, JAWS®, Zoom Text®, WAVE®, etc.)
- Experience with accessibility best practices in web development technologies such as HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript and ARIA.
- Knowledge of software procurement processes and review of vendor accessibility documentation, e.g. VPATS, ACRs, and Test Reports.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau Software’s Tableau Desktop, or Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence.
- Knowledge of quality management systems.
