Role: Sourcing Manager - Level 2 USLocation: Deerfield, IL, 60015Duration: 12 months30 hours per weekHybrid schedule in office two days a week (Deerfield site)Intake NotesOverview: Leveraging insight data / Circana data (retail sales data, formerly known as RSI) / supply metrics and reporting to make informed decisions on items / store-level forecast
Heavy analytical role, alternate titles could be Supply Chain Analyst - supporting team with analytical reportingTop 3 Most Critical Skills
  • Understanding of supply chain function/full process flow from manufacturing to store shelves
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
  • Must have a good balance between detailed data analysis and strong interpersonal skills - excellent communication - working with a fully remote team so experience/ability to properly communicate tone in writing vs in person
DescriptionThis role is responsible for making recommendations regarding inventory management, replenishment tactics and future planning. Drive root cause analysis to Supply Chain interruptions. Impact/Adjust Antuit store/item level forecasting utilizing analytics.
  • Manage Big Data to facilitate problem solving and decision making at the Customer store and DC
  • Responsible for monitoring, replenishing and maintaining customer’s DC inventory levels in relation to agree upon goals, including all new and promotional items.
  • Support internal/external customers with business reports
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree or 2 + years in a Supply Chain role
Why is this Level of Experience Required? Replenishing up to $500MM in annual sales volume with client’s largest customers.
  • Solid understanding of forecasting, replenishment and logistic concepts
  • Proficiency in various client’s/Customer software applications, systems & web-based tools
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
